When will my order be shipped?
Once you've placed your order, I'll lovingly process & package it within 7 business days. Our trusty courier usually picks it up the next day, & you'll receive tracking info. Just a heads-up, pickups happen Monday to Friday.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to New Zealand & Australia. International friends, if you're keen on our creations, reach out & we'll explore shipping options together. We aim to make it happen if you're willing to cover the postage.

What payment options do you have?
We offer Shop Pay, Afterpay, & bank transfers for your convenience.
How much is shipping?
Within New Zealand, it's $11.95 for urban & $14.95 for rural, with free shipping for orders over $100. For our Aussie friends, it's a flat $28, with free shipping over $250.
What crystals are used in your creations?
Our Crystal Crowns, Adornments, & more feature coloured Quartz (unless noted otherwise), treated to enhance their beauty. Crystal Mirrors, Candles, & other creations use untreated gems like Amethyst, Agate, Fluorite, Rose Quartz, & more. Each product description details the crystals used.
