Refund policy

For faulty or damaged item(s) please contact us via the contact form or via email (hello.lovemaddy@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your order or you will not be able to return your item. They need to be returned in protective packaging similar to what they arrived in. This is to make sure nothing is further damaged on return to us. If the return is accepted we will refund the order amount.

Please note : you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
