2. Notification Requirement:

3. Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund, please provide me with photos of the damaged item & its packaging.
- Once I review your claim & approve the refund, you may need to return the damaged item to me. I will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Upon receipt of the returned item, I will inspect it to verify the damage.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, & a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs for returning the damaged item are the responsibility of the customer.
