For faulty or damaged items please contact us via the contact form or via email (email@example.com) within 7 days of receiving your order or you will not be able to return your item. They need to be returned in protective packaging similar to what they arrived in. This is to make sure nothing is further damaged on return to us. If the return is accepted we will refund you the tracked postage amount so please attach a copy of the postage receipt & your bank account details in the email.
